After you approve your custom itinerary, we can handle all bookings on your behalf for a flat 3.5% international booking & FX fee paid via a secure local bank transfer. Alternatively, you can book everything yourself using the direct links we provide.
How will I receive my plan?
Your custom itinerary is delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours (depending on your chosen plan). If you need any adjustments, one revision is included with your order.
Is this only for stadium or FIFA travel?
No. Flywaka supports many types of trips, including sports events, concerts, city breaks, and multi-city travel. While we specialize in planning around major events, we can also create personalized travel plans for regular trips based on your destination, schedule, and budget.
Do I need to schedule a call?
No calls are required. Everything is handled digitally through email so you can move at your own pace.
Can you help with visas?
We don’t process visas, but with our All-In-One and VIP plans we can guide you on suitable visa routes and help you understand the documents you may need before applying.
What happens after I get started?
First, you’ll fill out a quick form detailing your trip goals and complete your service fee payment. We then research your routes and deliver your personalized plan. Once you approve the options, you can either click our direct links to book them yourself, or request our Concierge service to handle the bookings for you.
How do I pay for my travel funds if you book for me?
We will send you a clear breakdown showing two pricing estimates: one with just the direct travel costs (if you choose to book on your own), and one including our 3.5% Concierge booking fee. If you want us to handle the booking, you simply send the funds via a secure, local bank transfer in your own currency (like ACH or SEPA) to avoid heavy international credit card markups.
